💫 How do we do this: There's no one like you. My holistic therapeutic approach is tailored to suit the unique requirements of each individual case. I combine psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioural, and coaching techniques, precisely matching the therapy to your needs.
🌿 In my practice, you'll discover a safe and non-judgmental space where you're encouraged to be brutally honest and express yourself openly. If this doesn't come easily to you, don't worry – I'll assist you in finding that openness.
I kindly ask for your trust so that I can better understand your unique needs and tailor therapeutic tools to suit you best. I follow a holistic approach and I integrate psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral, and coaching techniques and can coordinate referrals to other professionals if I believe they could provide more suitable assistance, so you're in safe hands.
🛋️ Initially, I recommend weekly sessions. The first two sessions are devoted to exploring the background of your difficulties and recognizing connections and patterns. Following this, typically, 5-10 practical sessions take place, either weekly or bi-weekly. If you require long-term therapeutic support, we can adjust the session frequency to meet your specific needs. When you feel ready to continue your journey independently, it's valuable to conclude with a closing session.
But there are no strict rules; what's crucial is that you feel comfortable and the process flows naturally as you make progress. We'll continue to monitor and discuss your needs.

📝 Upon request I provide a complimentary 15-minute discovery call before you book your first consultation session. Consultations are 50 minutes long and are charged at €50/session online and €65/session in person.
