Every pain contains a longing. To follow this longing needs courage, honesty, commitment and sometimes a helping hand. With my work I want to be a loving and fierce support for you, so that you can follow your longing.

My approach focuses on body awareness, emotion regulation and attachment: Feeling instead of talking, making new experiences instead of analyzing and explaining. Knowing one's own emotional map and what to do for ourselves when we feel what we feel. Regulating stress and emotions in an embodied way. Being able to sort past and present in one's own experience. Allowing to need other people to regulate oneself. All these are important skills to be able to experience a deep connection with oneself and with others. Therefore I meet you as the human being I am. At eye level.

It is important to me to look at what is healthy, at the existing skills that someone has always relied on to respond to adversity. For me it is not about working out solutions for behaviors or problems and fulfilling ideas of how you should be. Rather, I am about diving into a process with you in which a truly new connection to yourself and others can unfold and you can go your own way, step by step. Change happens when we feel safe enough to embrace the unknown. Change is the unfolding of who you are. It's coming home.

I am also offering monthly group work to my clients on how to hold for themselves and in their bodies the intensity of emotions and ground in their core self. Like sessions, the group work happens live or online. Although participation in the group is not mandatory to work with me, it is included in the price of the individual sessions as well as a comprehensive online resource area where I share my knowledge with you in order to create understanding and independence.

I have always learned in international groups and I am working in German, English and French, online and in person. Session are 70Min/120€.
