My main focus is an empathic, client-centered approach. I firmly believe in an integrative approach that combines mind and body and therefore use CBT and Mindfulness inspired tools. I am trained in Mindfulness Meditation.
Having worked in a holistic treatment center in Thailand I have experience with clients suffering from addiction, Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Co-Dependency and Adjustment Disorder. Further, I worked in coaching those who experience symptoms of ADHD. Currently, I am working with self-care in helping professions and coaching for women with a focus on how to live a life free of the expectations of others and with confidence in yourself.
Having moved and traveled a lot provides me with personal experience of the hardships of expat experiences.
