In the first session(s), we will discuss your background and assess the strengths and challenges of your relationship. Together, we will set a goal for our sessions.
I believe that awareness brings choice, and with choice, you have the option to do things differently. We will identify problematic patterns and dynamics in your relationship, so that in difficult moments, you will be able to consciously choose different paths then you’re used to.
My goal is to help you have a stronger relationship with your partner, not just in therapy, but also in your home. I will provide feedback and assessment, as well as teach you healthy relationship skills and tools.
