I was born into a family of psychotherapists and therefore values like empathy, compassion, openmindedness always played a major role in my personal development, professionally as well as in my private life.

Due to a chronic health condition I know how challenging life can sometimes be. Living a sustainable and mindful lifestyle with respect to personal resources and needs always guided me through my life.

I grew up in Heidelberg and my current residence is in Berlin where I am also participating in a postgraduate program to become a professionally trained psychotherapist (cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy).

Sometimes life throws you a curveball and you feel overwhelmed by a decision you have to make. Be it your relationship with a loved one, a medical or mental health condition, a major change in your job or other reasons. You feel stuck and don't know what to do and how to deal with this new reality. Your mind starts turning and you feel anxious and stressed most of the time. I will listen to your story with genuine interest and will help you to refocus and regain the confidence you need to overcome your current challenges and find peace again.

You as my client are unique and bring along very individual life circumstances and resources to focus on. Therefore my primary goal is to understand your true motives and what prevents you from realizing your full potential as a human being so that you can learn to adapt the necessary transformations.

Before we start the treatment process, which is based on modern cognitive behavioural psychotherapy, I will offer you a free short get-to-know session so that you can get a first impression of myself as your psychological counsellor. You can tell me about your life circumstances and what you would like to change.

Your personal needs and objectives are my guideline throughout the counselling process and I honestly believe that happiness is a result of maintaining healthy habits in your everyday life. Taking good care of your desires, goals and relationships in a loving and meaningful manner follows naturally if you develop more mindfulness in your life.

I will help you to resolve suppressed emotions and to get back in touch with yourself so that you can finally live up to your potential and follow your dreams in life. To be a caring friend, successful entrepreneur, loving romantic partner or parent for your children is a result of your actions concerning core values and beliefs like appreciation, openness or sustainabilty and I want you to recognize your own capability to blossom like a well-nourished tree.
