I have spent the last 15 years of my life on a conscious path to explore the human experience both professionally and personally traveling and studying different spiritual practices and therapeutic teachings. Specializing in both individual and group therapy, I integrate evidence based approaches of internal family systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and gestalt practices to support your healing journey.
I hold the belief we are not broken; rather, we have parts of our self wounded from our nuclear family, our communities (lack thereof) and the systems (modernization) around us which translate to depression, anxiety, PTSD, unprocessed grief, isolation/individualism, etc. and this work is more about remembering, healing parts of our self, our body and spirit, and our relationship with the earth- then integrating and weaving this new state of well being (these essential qualities of worthiness, belonging, joy, freedom, etc.) back into our lives so we may feel fully embodied, fully expressed, and fully alive. Therapy is one avenue for this and I think it works best when in conjunction with communal gathering. I have found somatic IFS therapy, used alongside ceremonial gatherings and group work to support people I work with for long lasting well being
My MA in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology, Level two training from the IFS Institute, and training in the somatic practice of Focusing through the Polyvagal Institute are the foundations of my practice.
I allow my own journey inward, continued clinical supervision, ongoing education and trainings, studies with different plant medicines and ceremonial work; to imprint my work, ensuring that I show up with integrity, curiosity, and a deep commitment to your healing process.
