Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with the overall goal of developing psychological flexibility, is my focus. Frequent topics are the ability to be able to cope with stressful thoughts and feelings, to develop self-acceptance and self-compassion, to gain clarity about personal values and goals and to be able to implement these in everyday life in a self-determined way. Other therapeutic strategies include mindfulness and imagery techniques, relaxation techniques, exposure techniques, as well as learning specific skills (e.g., problem-solving techniques, time management, structuring, etc.). In addition, hypnotherapeutic techniques can be integrated.
It is important to me to work together, so you can develop and implement individual strategies and solutions that work for you.
