Studies have shown that the success of a therapeutic intervention depends strongly on the quality of our client-therapist relationship. To establish a trusting psychotherapeutic relationship, I support you with an unbiased, confidential, and optimistic attitude. My goal is to make you feel safe and to inspire new ideas and opportunities for change and growth.
I work with classical therapy methods as well as with new approaches and methods like meditation, mindfulness, EFT, and non-violent communication. You can make an appointment for yourself or as a couple.
By providing a safe space and a welcoming atmosphere, I help you start to unravel and better cope with obstacles in your life. I have worked with clients - individuals and couples - from all walks of life and with a range of issues and symptoms, including e.g. depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosomatic problems, serious diseases, anger, low self-esteem, and relationship issues like infidelity, separation, divorce, and intimacy issues.
To facilitate regular and routine sessions, I offer appointments in Berlin or online.
