Originally from Turkey, my journey into mental health support has been shaped by diverse cultural experiences. This has deepened my belief that while our backgrounds may differ, emotional challenges, such as anxiety, depression, or stress are universal, and so is the capacity for healing and growth.
I primarily work with adults who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. Many of my clients are expats, LGBTQ+ individuals, or professionals navigating life transitions.
