I have several years of experience working in the NHS and at my private practice as a qualified CBT Therapist treating people with moderate to severe depression and anxiety disorders. I provide online therapy, and I am experienced in the provision of treatment for:

Before earning my postgraduate diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy at Queen Margaret University, I completed a three-year degree in neurocognitive rehabilitation and a five-year degree in psychology at the University of Padua. I am fully qualified as a Chartered Psychologist and a British Psychological Society (BPS) member.
