Since 2007, I’ve been walking alongside people as they navigate anxiety, emotional ups and downs, relationship struggles, or simply the feeling of being stuck.
My approach to therapy is warm, open, and non-judgmental. I believe that meaningful change starts with feeling seen, heard, and safe — and that’s exactly what I aim to offer in our work together. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you — it’s about helping you reconnect with yourself, make sense of what you’re going through, and find new ways forward that feel true to who you are.
