My way of working is unique and aims to fit you as a person. My training variety and experience help with finding what helps and using different modalities to offer that help. Usually, everything we discuss during our sessions is strongly based on philosophy and supported by philosophical principles (mainly existentialism, stoicism, phenomenology, humanism, taoism).
We might dive deeper into your emotions and the body expressions of your emotional world, the past that informs your present life, the lived experiences and how they have affected you and what to do with them. I genuinely seek to relate with the people I work with, understand relationships and, together, find solutions for anything that is troubling.
Our first session is an open invitation to explore and set the scene for our work together. I also offer a short (20-minute) free consultation to see if we are a good fit. Feel free to reach out and mention it. My calendar on it's complicated is not always up to date, so reaching out will result in more available times (mornings, afternoons and evenings).
For Therapists:
I have 12 years of psychotherapy experience, 4 of them as a supervisor both in groups and individually. I offer supervision that fosters a relational approach based on the 7-eyed model. In other words, I offer an opportunity to learn more about the relational aspects of your interactions with the people you work with, and find what works best for you and your therapeutic processes.
