My approach is solution-oriented while being eclectic, exploratory and expansive. Therapy is focused on establishing a full picture of the client’s history, relationships and current level of functioning. We then collaboratively establish a treatment plan to meet the client’s goals.
I empower clients in learning new skills, exploring individual strengths, discovering creative life course solutions and experimenting with turning over possibilities of the known and unknown. My goal is to guide client’s towards exploring life’s many forms of joy and fulfillment and to find creative and new ways to look at life. I provide clients an inclusive, non-judgmental and identity affirming space where clients can learn new skills to feel calmer, overcome addictions, strengthen relationships, sleep better and feel happier.
