I started to get into psychology quite early cause of personal struggles and difficulties. I was search for ways to “heal”. First I wanted to heal my body, so I became a yoga teacher and fitness instructor. After it was time to heal my mind so I became a coach and psychologist in drama. The drama practice opened a very new understanding of myself and also other people. It allows you to reconnect to your emotions and feelings. Find a healthy way to express them and also to let go of them. The feeling of clearing. It also allows you to deepen your empathy towards other. Understanding there needs but also yours.
