About me
www.TheProcessPsychotherapy.com
I specialise in mental health challenges and men's related issues such as barriers to intimacy, ED, low/no sex drive, pornography addiction, and relationship challenges. In psychotherapy sessions I provide a confidential setting that encourages you to reflect on your journey. We will explore the feelings, emotions and impact significant events have had on the way you experience day-to-day life. We will work through your thought process moving towards the version of you that you've always wanted to be. Who is that person? Are they confident in themselves? And most importantly, do they allow themselves to smile, laugh and be happy?
Erectile dysfunction
Not being able to achieve or maintain an erection or ejaculate when in intimate situations.
Inhibited sexual desire
Low or no sex drive
Avoidance of intimacy.
Patterns of behaviour that avoid intimacy with a partner. For example, sabotaging relationships, being distracted during sex, objectifying or sexualising partners. Other examples of intimacy avoidance are seeking emotionally unavailable partners, engaging in 'hook ups', compulsively pursue one sexual partner after another, having multiple sexual partners at a time.
Sex and porn addiction
Compulsively engaging in unwanted sexual behaviours that often lead to feelings of guilt, shame or regret. Undertaking sexual behaviours that are high risk or dangerous, becoming immobilised by sexual obsessions or fantasies, engaging in sexual activity with people without knowing them.
Infidelity
Being unfaithful to a partner, having multiple sexual or romantic relationships at the same time.

CONNECT
During sessions, we will aim to create and maintain deep psychological contact within a relationship built on trust and respect. The space provided is dedicated entirely to you and your needs at the time in a non-directive, non-judgemental space where you can look at your life through a microscope and start to resolve your inner conflict.
PROCESS
Therapy sessions will help you to reflect on your day-to-day processing, when that processing developed and how it impacts on your life. Whilst the sessions can’t promise to ‘fix’ your issues or make all your dreams come true, they will help you to develop a greater awareness of your patterns and their impact.
ACTUALISE
Applying the core conditions of Person Centred Therapy in a non-directive environment provides, at times, magical moments. Unlike ‘coaching’ or a CBT approach, you will be empowered to find your own way towards achieving a more complete, truly fulfilled version of you where you can achieve your true potential.
It's important you choose the right therapist for your needs. I work quite intensely and aim to empower you to reach your full potential. At times, it might be hard work, you might need to take action, make changes and try new things. Are you ready to do that? Are you ready to grow into the best version of yourself? If you are, let's get to work!
