About me

I am currently a PhD candidate in clinical psychology, having completed my Master's degree in the field. My academic journey has equipped me with comprehensive training across various psychotherapy approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Counseling, Group Therapy, and specialized Stress Management techniques like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. I also possess a strong foundation in Dynamic Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis, Play Therapy (Non-Directive), and Emergency Crisis Response, addressing critical issues such as suicide, SGBV (Sexual and Gender-Based Violence), and burnout. In addition to my academic achievements, I have gained practical experience through work in rehabilitation centers and hospitals. Furthermore, I've had the privilege of collaborating with renowned international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) such as Doctors Without Borders, Doctors Worldwide, Action Against Hunger, and the Center for Victims of Torture, contributing to mental health support efforts in demanding emergency contexts.
