About me
I'm currently living in Athens, Greece. Being an expat myself, I have been given the chance to broaden my horizons both as a person, as well as a mental health professional.
As a trained professional in a significant educational position, I have had the opportunity to work with children, adolescents, and adults for the past 6 years and onward. I have training experience in leading group sessions with students and adults, as well as collaborating with them on an individual level.
My main goal is to help every single person feel empowered, valued, and cared for.
I can facilitate sessions fluently in Spanish and English, as well as in basic Greek.

My approach
As an integrative psychologist, I work to respond to each person’s needs individually. During our sessions, we will explore past difficult experiences, present concerns, and hopes for the future. Therapy is hard work, it might feel uncomfortable and exhausting having to revisit and discover new parts of yourself. But only through the process of self-discovery, you will be able to expand your mind and give these experiences a new meaning and understanding.
