About me
I was born and raised in central Greece, in a rather small town. As a child i learnt to live near nature and always feeling overwhelmed about it.
Growing up i was seeking my ways of expression and i used to find them in book pages and writings of my thoughts. Living in a period with major social changes (immigration,wars, economic and ethical crisis) i raised awareness for multicultural people and tried to find ways to make them feel like home.
My unstoppable passion for freedom and deep connection with other people inspired me to pursue professional growth across the field of psychοlogy.
My approach
My approach, above all, is deeply humanistic with total respect to the person in front of me.
My love for existentialism and existential psychotherapy is always present inspiring me to focus on core existential facts that seem to affect us through lifespan.
My stance in psychotherapy is integrative though (training in systemic techniques and multicultural methodology), as i deeply believe that human problems are multidimensional and every problem deserves a deeply personalised solution path.
Having obtained a Master in the neyropsychological field (cognitive neurorehabilitation), gave me the ability to approach neurological diseases through totally humanistic lenses, as well.
At the same time, my experience with people facing addiction problems has strengthened my courage to work with multidimensional problems and believe in human change no matter what.
