About me

I'm a certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist from Russia based in Barcelona.

My professional path began with studying general medicine at the First Moscow State Medical University, after which I completed a clinical residency in psychiatry at the Psychiatric Hospital No. 1 in Moscow. As a student, I was actively involved in WHO-curated research projects in Italy and Chile. During my residency, I also undertook training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Beck Institute in Pennsylvania, USA.

With a background in psychiatry and psychotherapy, I gained work experience at the European Medical Center in Moscow, where my primary focus was on providing mental health care to foreigners living in Russia. I had an opportunity to work with people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds, improving my understanding of intercultural mental health care.

Additionally, during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic I gained work experience in a general practice, furthering my medical skills and knowledge.

Currently, I am a student of the postgraduate program in cyberpsychology in the University of Barcelona supported by Erasmus Mundus. I am always looking for innovative insights in the study of mental health and passionate about using modern technology in psychology and psychiatry.

My approach

Using my diverse clinical and research experience, I bring a comprehensive perspective to my work. In my practice I use only evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness, adapting my therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of every client.

With me as your therapist, you can expect a professional approach, in a safe and friendly environment where we work collaboratively to address your problems and achieve the positive changes you desire.
