My role for your journey is to create and encourage a safe space for you to explore and discover yourself freely.
My therapeutic approach primarily is based on psycho-dynamic perspectives on the human subject. For me, the value of such an approach lies in the focus of self-understanding, self-reflection and relationships. I also believe that sometimes it can be very useful to work with relaxation techniques that can help you to gain more mindfulness and body awareness through a more holistic approach.
Moreover, I offer a safe space for LGBTQ+.
I have worked as a clinical psychologist, counselor, and researcher focussing on experiences of war, forceful flight displacement, and various types of traumatizing experiences. These encounters led me to develop a deeper understanding of trauma, grief, loss and diversity. In such contexts I have worked many times with women, mothers and families.
My work ethics derives from the three pillars of deep listening, professionalism, and intuitiveness. As a passionate, curious and multilingual psychotherapist I am continually learning, exploring, and developing.
I provide therapeutic counseling in English, German, Turkish and soon (est. end of 2021) in Kurdish.
My therapeutic approach is to create and encourage a safe and compassionate space for you to explore and discover yourself freely.
Whether you are experiencing a crisis, are overwhelmed by certain experiences, in need of support, more self-awareness, healthier patters, feeling disconnected, highly sensitive, or wanting to discover yourself, (...), I can support you by "diving "into those spaces. For your process, we can work together on developing a way that is attuned to you and your resources, so to find a moment of relief.
