About me
I’m a qualified psychologist and psychotherapist in training, educated in several countries (UK, Ireland, Germany, Croatia). I have more than 5+ years of clinical, counselling and educational experience.
From January 2022, I have my private psychological practice and work as an external associate psychologist in several positions, among which I highlight health and counselling at the University in Berlin and psychological counselling in the field of workplace well-being.
I’m a member of The British Psychological Society (BPS), The German Association of Psychologists (BDP), and EMDR European Association (EMDR Europe), which is legally recognized and reflects only the highest standard of psychological knowledge and expertise.
My approach
My approach can best be conceptualised as the cycle of counseling, which consists of two major components: creating the counseling environment and implementing specific procedures that lead to changes in behaviour. This therapeutic process enables to move in the direction of getting what you want - which is behavioural change, better decision making, improved significant relationships, enhanced living, and more effective satisfaction of all the psychological needs.
The practice that I offer is safe, non-judgmental, diverse, and inclusive.
Some of the areas I cover are: relationship issues, family issues, depression/anxiety, LGBTQIA+ issues, gender identity, work and life stress, abuse, trauma, sexual issues, sexual health and attachment issues.
***Currently, I offer only online sessions!
***I use a technically specialized remote program for EMDR sessions
