My approach
I implement a wide range of scientifically proven therapeutic methods to encourage self-awareness among clients and help them adopt healthier patterns of thinking, improve emotional regulation and develop personal coping strategies that bring a positive impact on feelings and behavior towards different life situations.
My therapeutic style is eclectic utilizing various theoretical approaches such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and solution-focused, depending on the presenting problem and what works best for the client. A key component to my practice is in developing a compassionate, authentic, and collaborative therapeutic relationship with my clients. Therapy is a safe and private place in which I will assist you in exploring the past, creating peace in the present, and hope for the future.
It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is not a magic pill or a quick fix: therapy is a healing process that necessitates participation and investment from both the client and therapist. But in the end, small changes eventually, add up to powerful results.
