My main principle is respect and taking seriously what a person tells about his life and struggles. We explore your situation or questions in a very detailed way and I would never suggest a ready standardised solution - because I believe that each life and situation is unique.
I am a very gentle therapist and focus on helping a person find his or her own position towards his situation. We explore how you feel and explore the opportunities, to find the right thing to do. We also formulate next steps and a plan to make your life better. I will accompany you all along the way, through all difficulties.
