I am an experienced consultant in the field of mental health and well-being, with a specialization in stress, psychosocial risks and psychosomatic. I am currently active as a Creative Arts Therapist at the center for psychosocial medicine of the university of Heidelberg, provide consulting services as freelance consultant in the work context to support companies employees with every possible request around their mental health and well-being. I am also involved in public health projects, investing a lot of my energy into the development and implementation of preventive measure based around the uses of the Arts.
