I work in accordance with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I am abIe apply CBT techniques and therapy modalities like exposure therapies, behavioral activation, cognitive restructuring and so on to, Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Addictions and other disorders in the DSM V. I also enjoy putting positive psychology elements into my therapy. I am a detail oriented analytic-thinker. So, I value background work, such as diagnostic reports, treatment plans, and routine outcome monitoring besides the time I spend in sessions. I try to find the balance betwen evidence based interventions -acting based on national guidelines and following treatment protocols- and creative spontaneity. Furthermore, I value cooperation, sincere and open-communication, and feedback a lot.

That's why I have a limit of 15 patients and take no more than that at a given time. That's why you might have to wait on a waiting list if I'm full.
