About me
I am a Leipzig-based certified relationship, gender & sex counsellor, who is also trained and certified to Hypnosis (Psychotherapy of Reassociated Traumatism, )
As a queer, polyamorous and neurodivergent myself, I am keen to create a space where we can express ourselves, free of judgements and taboos. I offer individual & couple/partner therapy, as well as hypnotherapy and workshops.
Care and listening have always been at the heart of my way of being in the world. Aware that deconstruction is a lifelong process, I'm constantly training myself.
My path to therapy started during my own therapy, where I was able to experiment with various approaches. I felt unheard or misunderstood so many times that I ended doing my researches on my own to know who I am, how my brain, body and psyche work and how I can make my way in this world.
To this, I added a field experience as a feminist and queer activist, by conducting awareness-raising workshops in secondary schools, and producing a podcast that questions the norm in relationships and gender. I decided to train at Paris School of Psycho-sexology and gratuated in 2022. Since then, I work in a private practice, online and in person, and offer regular workshops and webinars.
Being a sexual trauma survivor myself, I did experiment some limits to the typical talking therapy and that's why I decided to train to an approach of hypnotherapy focusing on trauma, at the Milton Erickson Institute of Belgium.
I did experiment these techniques as a patient before training myself. This is my way to be sure I offer the best approach to my clients.

My approach
I work mostly with people who identify as queer/LGBTQIA+, kinky/BDSM, sex-positive, neurodivergent, non-monogamous, polyamorous, trauma survivors, sex workers or people who aspire to explore these topics. If you don't recognize yourself in any of these terms, just know that I'm open-minded about them. Labels don't work for everyone, and that's totally okay.
My approach is based on integrative psychotherapy, meaning we're going to adapt the therapeutic approach to your needs. You are the expert of your own story. I offer you a space to share it, help you to identify and to stop repetitive and restrictive patterns that alter your relationship with yourselves, or/and your partner(s).
If you'd like to change the way a past trauma or painful experience affects your present, hypnosis can be an interesting approach. Having experienced it myself - as a client - and using it in my consultations, I'd be glad to tell you more about this technique.

50 min couple online / in person session: 90-110 €
