Die Akzeptanz- und Commitment-Therapie (ACT) beruht auf dem Grundsatz, dass die meisten psychischen Leiden auf zwei Dinge zurückzuführen sind: 1) dass Menschen in ihren eigenen Gedanken gefangen oder verstrickt sind, und 2) dass Menschen versuchen, unerwünschte Gedanken und Gefühle zu vermeiden oder loszuwerden. 

Deshalb unterstützt der ACT-Berater den Klienten dabei, den Kampf aufzugeben und sich von den schwierigen Gedanken und Gefühlen zu distanzieren. Ziel ist es, die psychologische Flexibilität der Person zu erhöhen, indem sie sich darin übt, im gegenwärtigen Moment zu sein und offen für ihre Erfahrungen zu sein und Handlungen zu setzen, die von ihren Werten geleitet sind. Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, werden im ACT-Prozess Achtsamkeitsübungen durchgeführt.


Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) rests upon the tenet that most psychological suffering comes from two things: 1) that people are caught up or entangled in their own thoughts, and 2) that people struggle to avoid or get rid of unwanted thoughts and feelings. 

This is why the ACT counselor will assist the client in dropping the struggle and distancing him or herself from the difficult thoughts and emotions. The goal is for the person to have increased psychological flexibility, by practicing being in the present moment with openness to our experience, and taking action that is guided by his or her values. To reach this goal mindfulnesses exercises are practiced in the ACT process.

In the EFT sessions, you can expect to work on developing a more secure bond (attachment) within your friendships, partnership or family relations, which in turn results in better communication and stronger relationships.

Sie kann Familienmitgliedern helfen, größere Übergänge, schwierige Phasen, Konflikte zwischen Familienmitgliedern und körperliche oder psychische Probleme von Familienmitgliedern zu bewältigen. Family therapy can help family members through major transitions, difficult periods, conflicts between family members, and physical or mental health problems in family members. The main assumption of family therapy is that the problem of an individual can’t be properly addressed without understanding it in the group (family) context. Family therapy focuses on improving communication, which in turn can build stronger relationships. 

Family therapy is usually short-term and solution-focused. It is not required that all family members attend the therapy. Also “family” does not necessarily mean people living in the same household or blood relatives, it can mean anyone who plays a significant supporting life-long role in someone’s life. 


Es handelt sich um eine Therapieform, die die Person vom Problem trennt und davon ausgeht, dass die Menschen über eigene Fähigkeiten, Werte, Verpflichtungen und Kompetenzen verfügen, die dazu beitragen können, den Einfluss der Probleme, die in ihrem Alltag bestehen, zu verringern. Diese Arbeitsweise berücksichtigt den breiteren Kontext und die Kultur des Lebens der Menschen, insbesondere die verschiedenen Dimensionen der Vielfalt wie Klasse, Rasse, Geschlecht, sexuelle Orientierung und Fähigkeiten.

Narrative Therapeuten arbeiten gemeinsam mit ihren Klienten daran, den Einflüssen von Problemgeschichten zu widerstehen. In therapeutischen Gesprächen bedeutet dies, mit Neugierde und einer nicht beschuldigenden Haltung zuzuhören und nach Hinweisen auf Wissen und Fähigkeiten zu suchen, die der problemgesättigten Geschichte zuwiderlaufen.

Innerhalb eines narrativen Rahmens werden das Leben und die Identität der Menschen als mehrstöckig und nicht als einstöckig betrachtet, und der Fokus liegt nie auf "Experten", die Probleme lösen. Vielmehr geht es darum, dass die Menschen in Gesprächen gemeinsam etwas herausfinden. Zu diesem Zweck arbeitet der narrative Therapeut mit den Menschen zusammen, um die Geschichten ihres Lebens "neu zu schreiben".


It is a type of therapy that separates the person from the problem, and assumes that people have their own skill sets, values, commitments and competencies that can help to reduce the influence of the problems that exist in their everyday lives. This way of working takes into account the broader context and culture of people's lives particularly in the various dimensions of diversity including class, race, gender, sexual orientation and ability.

Narrative therapists work collaboratively with their clients in resisting the influences of problem stories. In therapeutic conversations this involves listening with curiosity and a non-blaming stance, and looking for clues to knowledge and skills that run counter to the problem-saturated story.

Thus within a narrative framework, people's lives and identities are seen as multi-storied versus single-storied, and the focus is never on ‘experts’ solving problems. Rather, it is on people co-discovering through conversations.. To this end, the narrative therapist collaborate with people in ‘re-authoring’ the stories of their lives.

This method assumes that clients are the experts on their own lives, and will be capable of finding the right solutions for themselves with the appropriate questioning. 

Der Grundgedanke der systemischen Theorie ist, dass jeder Teil des Systems (ein Mitglied der Gruppe) mit seiner einzigartigen Funktion innerhalb des Systems wesentlich zur Aufrechterhaltung der Stabilität und des Gleichgewichts des Systems als Ganzes beiträgt. In einem systemischen Ansatz wird ein Individuum nicht als eigenständige Entität behandelt, sondern vielmehr als ein Teil des umfassenderen Systems (Familie, Gesellschaft, Kultur, ...). Der systemische Ansatz wird in verschiedenen Settings eingesetzt, von der Einzeltherapie über die Familientherapie bis hin zur Gruppentherapie. 

In der Sitzung hilft Ihnen ein Therapeut mit einem systemischen Ansatz, ungesunde Muster in der Beziehungsdynamik zu erkennen und zu verstehen, damit diese innerhalb der bestehenden Systeme verändert werden können. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf Lösungen und nicht auf dem Versuch, den Ursprung ungesunder Muster zu verstehen.

The main idea of the systemic theory is that each part of the system (a member of the group) with its unique function within the system significantly contributes to the maintenance of the stability and equilibrium of the system as a whole. In a systemic approach an individual is not treated as a separate entity but rather as an intemperately part of the broader system (family, society, culture, …). The systemic approach is used in different settings, from individual therapy, family therapy and group therapy. 

In the session, a therapist with a systemic approach will help you identify and understand unhealthy patterns in relationship dynamicss so that these can be altered within the existing systems. The focus is on solutions rather than trying to understand the origins of unhealthy patterns.
