About me

Hello! As a registered UKCP (United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy) Systemic and family therapist, some of my specialties are working with trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem difficulties, boundaries, family conflict, adolescent issues, domestic violence, coping skills, emotional abuse, and sexual abuse. I aim to create a safe and warm environment to support you in understanding your distress. Therapy can be an intimidating path to choose from, but I'm here to listen and support you on your journey towards optimum well-being. My counselling approach comes from perspectives of holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally competent components.
