I am based in London but I work online, I aim to tailor the therapy to meet clients' very specific needs with an empathetic and congruent approach. Confidentiality and trust are essential to the counselling process. Clients may share difficult feelings and thoughts with me safe in the knowledge that their personal identity and information will be retained in confidence. I am here for you, to build trust and confidence and to help you unlock your true potential.
