For the last 6 years I have supported adults and children in a variety of mental health settings. From those experiences I gained an appreciation for the importance of people feeling listened to, seen, encouraged, and supported.

I see personal development and continuous training as an important part of practicing ethically. Due to this I have completed additional training in bereavement, suicide, relationships, white fragility, and attachment.
While I have a passion for helping Millennial and Gen Z women find their authentic voice and supporting them in navigating the world, I welcome people from all backgrounds.
