I am a trained Counsellor& Psychotherapist from London,UK.
I am also a Couple Pactitioner and a Clinical Supervisor. I have 18 years of experince in working with a wide range of individuals. I work with PTSD, CPTSD and attachment issues. I am supportive and listen to you with warm understanding.
I also have a lot of experience working with low self esteem, low self confidence and anxiety, bereavement and loss.

My approach
I beleive that all maladaptive behaviors are created by ourselves when during our lives we created our coping mechanisms. We need to look into them by exploration and find out about root causes of those behaviors. With my support you can make necessary changes in your mind and behavior and start enjoying your life again. I have been trained in integrative approach which let me to choose techniques from different approaches depending on my client's issues. Try me.
