My approach is integrative, meaning I refer to techniques and concepts from various other orientations (mainly Psychoanalytic, CBT, Humanistic, Systemic) to best adapt to your needs, your request, and your personality, to offer you a personalized and optimal help. During our sessions, I offer you a space where you can always speak freely, without judgement, and where your privacy will always be preserved. In my work, the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of the recovery process. My experience and training led me to realise that healing comes as much from the authentic and supportive bond created between patient and therapist, as from the specific techniques used in therapy. Openness, compassion and benevolant care are the core components of the therapeutic relationship I offer. Each session last 50 minutes and cost 70€ online; and 95€ in the practice in Munich. For low incomes, a sliding scale is possible. If you have financial difficulties contact me to find a fair fee together. Please be aware that I can only accept a new appointment when it has been requested at least 24 hours prior. At best, write me a message so we can figure out the best time for both of us. HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE: -As a "Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie", some german private insurances can partially or fully cover the costs of my sessions, as well as "Heilpraktiker Zusatzversicherungen". -Some french insurances also partially refund sessions with me (MACIF, APICIL,...) -At best, call your insurance provider to ask about their refund policy. -If you reside in Germany, you can also deduct the cost of your psychotherapy from your taxes, just ask me for a bill.
