What brings couples to therapy is usually a conflict. This conflict can be triggered by either external events or by pent-up feelings that stem from dissatisfaction with the couples/family dynamics. They could manifest in various forms, such as unresolved disagreements, poor communication, frequent arguments, emotional disconnection, or challenges in maintaining intimacy.
As a couples consultant I will help you address and resolve these issues to restore harmony and build healthier partnerships. By encouraging open dialogue, finding effective communication techniques, working with blocks, and fostering empathy between you and your partner, I strive to empower couples to enhance their emotional connection, rebuild trust, and foster mutual understanding.
With a comprehensive understanding of relationship dynamics and a compassionate approach, I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment where couples can explore their issues, gain insight into their patterns of interaction, adjust expectations and develop effective strategies for resolving conflicts. I work with couples of any sexual orientation and identification.
In our meetings we address one or more of the following issues:
-Conflicts & Disagreements
-Crisis in the relationship (eg relocation to a different country, "growing out of the relationship", raising children, monetary and sexual issues etc)
-Crisis of one of the partners through the lens of a couples dynamics (eg loss of job, depression, love triangle etc)
-Loss of feelings, intimacy or interest in each other; emotional detachment
-Suppressed feelings towards the partner (anger, fear, anxiety, guilt etc)
-General destructive couple dynamics
-Separation and divorce related issues
Session costs 125 € and lasts 55 minutes (Individual 100€/50 min). Sessions are delivered online. Recommended frequency of sessions 1 or 2 times a week.
