About me
I was born and raised in Athens. I studied Psychology at the Cardiff Metropolitan University and completed my postgraduate studies in Clinical Psychology at the Utrecht University which are based on the Cognitive Behavioral approach (CBT). Now I am training in the Person-centered & Focusing approach at the Hellenic Focusing Center. I completed my internship in the Athens Psychiatric Hospital "Dromokaiteio" where I participated in the therapeutic process of people on the spectrum of Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder and other Psychotic Disorders. At the same time, I worked as a voluntary psychologist in the Network of Solidarity Social Clinics of the 18ANO association. For the last few years I have been living and working in the Netherlands as a psychologist, providing online and on-site sessions in Greek and English to adults who face various difficulties.
