Ukrainian, Russian, English-speaking psychologist.
Born and raised in Ukraine in a bilingual family.
I've been traveling around the world for several years and lived in 4 countries.
Being an expat helped me to immerse into cultures and grasp differences in people from various countries all around the globe, therefore, I have a great understanding in working with clients from a diverse international population. My clients came from the US, Spain, Greece, Ukraine, Vietnam, UK, Germany, Portugal, Turkey, Belarus, Norway, Argentina, Iran, China, Philippines, etc.
When I was a teenager I knew that I want to become a psychologist and help people. By "help" I mean actually better understanding your needs, knowing boundaries, how to master emotional regulation and support yourself during hard times.
My first psychological practice started during my 3nd year of my uni, when I began to conduct sessions, tests, trainings in a mental health hospital under supervision. Also, including practice and interventions using ABA method with children with autism in a mental health center after studies. Above all that, I enjoyed giving psychology classes to students, who just started studying psychology.
I can tell, my life has been generally tailored around psychology, sport, English and traveling.
