Influenced by my previous academic and work background, in my initial assessment and ongoing support I take into consideration not only personal factors, but also various aspects of clients’ socio-cultural context, and the effects those have on wellbeing. I am a firm believer that mind and body cannot be separated, and in my work I help you expand your awareness of that connection and also what lies beyond your rational mind through powerful somatic, breathwork and mindfulness practices, or other holistic modalities. As a certified integrative mental health practitioner (CIMHP) I also offer nutritional therapy wellness plans aimed at enhancing the benefits of the psycho-therapeutic interventions employed during sessions. I take a non-diagnostic approach, and hence I see YOU – the client as the expert of your own life, having the power to self-heal and find solutions within yourself with my support. My aim as your therapist is to build a relationship of trust and collaboration, and to hold a space in which you feel safe to explore your experiences and authentic self.
