I am Indre, an English and Lithuanian-speaking psychologist from Lithuania, currently residing in the Netherlands. I have traveled to multiple countries over the world and lived in Lithuania, Germany, Bulgaria, and now, for the past 6 years, in the Netherlands! I believe that life is rarely without challenges. In moments of difficulty, the vision of the world may become clouded with fear, tension, and stress. This can make you feel stuck and caught in the cycle of persistent negative thoughts and patterns, which makes it difficult to move forward. Therapy can assist you in learning, leading to self-discovery, and helping you create new and more adaptive ways of living.

I take a holistic approach to understanding you. Firstly, I ensure that you feel safe and comfortable opening up. Then, at your own pace, we will start exploring your problems and seeking solutions. I believe that problems arise from the interplay of thoughts, behavior, beliefs, and emotional patterns, as well as cultural factors, all interconnected with past and present life experiences, habits, and the nuances of individual biology. Our goal is to delve into your inner world. Then, together, we will develop new and more adaptive ways of thinking, behaving, and being.
