I’m a registered psychologist with the Dutch Association of Psychologists (NIP), working with a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, particularly when these struggles are rooted in longstanding emotional patterns or early life experiences.
Drawing from Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I help clients recognize unhelpful coping styles, reconnect with their core needs, and cultivate healthier, more fulfilling ways of being.
Originally from Croatia and an expat myself for the past 12 years, I’ve lived and worked in Mexico, South Africa, and the Netherlands. These personal and professional experiences have deepened my understanding of the emotional challenges that come with cross-cultural transitions, identity shifts, and the sense of disconnection that can arise when trying to adapt to a new environment.
I often work with individuals who appear capable and high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or driven by perfectionism, self-doubt, or people-pleasing beneath the surface.
In our work together, I offer a compassionate and structured space to explore these deeper patterns, not just to manage symptoms but to support genuine healing, self-connection, and lasting change.
