Hello, I’m Sophie. I’m here to support you with whatever concern you bring, no matter how small it may feel. I believe that everyone deserves a safe, non-judgmental space to explore their experiences, and I aim to create exactly that: a place where you can feel understood, accepted, and empowered to take steps toward positive change.
I hold a B.Sc. in Psychology and an M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology, and I have worked as a psychologist in a clinical setting with individuals experiencing affective disorders and substance use disorders. During this time, I led group sessions on stress management, mindfulness, relapse prevention, and social interaction training. I especially enjoy providing psychoeducation and helping people understand the connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
Because clear communication is essential in therapy, I completed a second master’s degree in Communication Science (M.Sc.) to deepen my ability to explain psychological concepts in an accessible and engaging way.
