My work primarily focuses on early maladaptive schemas that develop when a child's core emotional needs are not adequately met by caregivers. Using Schema Therapy as my main framework, I help clients understand and heal these deep-rooted patterns. While Schema Therapy is central to my practice, I often integrate elements from other evidence-based approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques to tailor the therapeutic process to each client's unique needs. Together with the client, we collaboratively determine which approach or combination of approaches is most beneficial for their healing and growth.
