With a master's degree in Psychology and professional training in Family Psychology, I continue professional training in Gestalt psychotherapy. Additionally, I am a member of the European Coaching Association and have several years of experience in mindfulness-based and body awareness approaches.
Beyond formal training, my personal path has had a significant impact on my professional perspective. As a cancer survivor and mindfulness practitioner, I understand the importance of respecting and nurturing the body. Fleeing the war in Ukraine first time back in 2014 to begin anew has given me insight into the challenges of several relocations in Middle East, Asia and Europe. Despite numerous obstacles, I have built a thriving business and aim to inspire others to pursue their passions despite adversity. Overcoming co-dependency and toxic relationships has equipped me to help clients cultivate healthy relationships. I help those going through such life transitions.
