I am trauma informed and a trainee in integrative psychotherapy and breathwork. I specialize in emotional regulation, self-awareness, grief, relationships, separation anxiety and non violent communication. I handle cases of psychopathology with extra care.
My approach is holistic, as it aims to create unity between the body and the mind. It integrates a variety of practices like: Rogerian therapy, breathwork, attachment theory, developmental psychology, gestalt, polyvagal theory, CBT, psychodynamic therapy and more.
