I incorporate a combination of treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral, existential, humanistic, narrative, psychodynamic, dialectical behavior therapy, and family systems therapy. I am experienced in working with both adolescents and adults through individual, group, couples, and family therapy. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, self-esteem, self-defeating thought patterns, family and relationship issues, codependency, trauma, and obsessive compulsive disorder.
I believe that individuals deserve to feel heard, to feel valued, to find inner peace and self-acceptance, and to create a life that brings them happiness and meaning. As a therapist, I seek to be an ally and an advocate. I help my clients come to a greater understanding of their inner struggles and needs and develop tools they can use on their journey towards healing and growth.
