My superpower is empathy, high sensitivity, and the ability to build deep relationships, fostering trust and openness in communication. I am passionate about engaging in profound conversations with friends, reading books, learning languages, crafting ceramics, and traveling.
My journey into psychology began with a family shock: my mother was diagnosed with cancer. In seeking answers to the 'why?' and 'for what?' questions, I delved into the study of psychosomatics. While I couldn't save my mother, I found solace in creating a support system for myself during that challenging time. This experience has given me a deep understanding of those who have lost a loved one, and I am adept at providing competent psychological assistance without promising rescue.
In my therapeutic approach, I draw from various methods of psychotherapy, selecting what best suits me and my clients—embracing an integrative approach. I pay attention to a person's sensations in the body, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs.
I am committed to ongoing learning, regularly participating in supervision, intervisions, and undergoing weekly personal therapy for the past 2.5 years. My current primary practice revolves around Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Additionally, I serve as an expert in two scientific studies, examining the impact of psychotherapy using the Psy2.0 method on acne and female factor infertility.
I hold professionalism in high regard and continually work on self-improvement. I am prepared to navigate a client's emotions and trauma, recognizing and appreciating their strengths and resources. I genuinely admire individuality, creating a safe space for the expression of feelings and cultivating trusting relationships where my clients can learn to be their authentic selves
