By addressing the root causes of trauma—whether from early life, prenatal experiences, or family inheritance—this approach helps heal emotional wounds and restore your original, resourceful state of safety, peace, trust, and self-acceptance. Over time, this fosters a more balanced nervous system and the ability to self-regulate from a place of safety, rather than defense.
