I work primarily with adults in their 20s and 30s, helping them reconnect with themselves through Gestalt therapy, somatic work, and mindfulness to cultivate greater presence, aliveness, and connection.
Alongside psychotherapy, I have a deep interest in Dharma and Buddhist psychology. I have spent many years studying and practicing in different Buddhist communities, particularly at Plum Village Zen Centre in France. This perspective continues to enrich both my personal life and my therapeutic work, offering practical wisdom for relating to ourselves and to suffering with greater presence and compassion.
Creativity is also an important part of my life. I believe artistic expression can help us reconnect with ourselves in ways that words sometimes cannot, and, when it feels meaningful, I encourage clients to explore creative practices alongside therapy.
In my free time, I enjoy ceramics, knitting, calligraphy, gardening—and, of course, spending time with my cat, Yuki. :)
I see therapy as a gradual and compassionate process of restoring contact with ourselves, our bodies, and our capacity to feel. Many of us learn to disconnect from parts of ourselves in order to cope with life's challenges. While these adaptations may once have been necessary, they can also leave us feeling stuck, numb, or disconnected from who we are.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, become more aware of our inner experience, and gently explore the patterns that shape our relationships, emotions, and ways of being in the world. Through this process, we can begin to relate to ourselves with greater curiosity and compassion, creating the possibility for meaningful and lasting change.
My work is grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy and enriched by somatic and body-based practices, mindfulness, Buddhist psychology, psychodynamic thinking, and family constellations. Rather than following a fixed method, I adapt my approach to the unique needs, pace, and experience of each person.
