Life is complicated – you don’t have to face it alone. With a holistic approach, I help you connect to your inner strength and intuition, so you can meet life’s challenges step by step.
I am a licensed mental health practitioner (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) and have been working in private practice for over 15 years. My therapeutic approach is body-oriented, emotion-focused, and attachment-based.
I bring a strong background in somatic healing (Grinberg Method, TRE – Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises, EMDR) and my work is deeply rooted the warm, transformative stance of AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy). My aim is to make the therapeutic process experiential, explicit, and relational. I know the methods I use not only as a therapist, but also from the client’s perspective.
How I Work:
Beyond Therapy: When I’m not working, I enjoy reading, swimming, and sharing good meals with friends and family. I live in Berlin Kreuzberg in a bilingual, queer, multicultural family with two young children. Together with my sister, I also care for our elderly mother — so I know first-hand what it means to juggle a full, vibrant life.
What you can expect with me: a warm, engaged presence, a relational approach, and tools that help you connect with yourself in new and transformative ways.
Every pain carries a longing. Following that longing takes courage, honesty, and the safety of being truly met. In our work together, I offer both loving presence and steady support, so that you can unfold into who you are.
Emotional work is not an end in itself. We turn toward emotions because they show us what matters most — they are a compass. By allowing yourself to feel, you reclaim the energy that has been bound up in old pain. This energy becomes available again for action, self-expression, connection, and shaping the life you want to live.
In practice, this might mean finding the courage to set a clear boundary, being able to share your needs or your truth with someone important, reconnecting with joy or creativity, or reaching out for support when you need it.
Together, we create space for you to feel more alive and vital — not only to understand yourself better, but also to bring more of yourself into the world with clarity, courage, and authenticity.
Rooted in AEDP My approach is grounded in Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
Together, we focus on:
This work is experiential, embodied, and relational.
How We Work Together: With the body – learning to sense, regulate, and ground yourself With emotions – exploring and making meaning of your inner landscape With attachment – discovering new ways of relating, receiving support, and co-regulating
Rather than aiming to “fix” you, I meet you as a fellow human being — with humility, presence, and trust in your own inner drive toward healing. I’m curious about what’s already healthy and resourceful in you, even if past strategies no longer serve. Together, we create new pathways of connection, aliveness, and a life that feels more like home.
Individual & Group Work: Alongside one-on-one sessions, I offer optional group work — safe spaces to practice holding intense emotions in the body and grounding in your core self.
