I have a MA degree in clinical psychology with psychoanalytic focus and extensive background in community and social work. This experience helped me realize that it’s not always “all in your head” and we are deeply influenced by our surroundings, thus sometimes we need a change in both external and internal realities.
I speak fluent English, Russian, and Hebrew—and as a twice immigrant, I know first-hand what it means to live between cultures, languages, and expectations. I’m deeply interested in exploring your culture, religion, traditions, and personal history. I’m especially drawn to the way transgenerational trauma lives on silently in families and bodies, often without words. Having seen these dynamics in my own lineage, I bring both sensitivity and curiosity to exploring what you've inherited — what you would like to keep and what you’re ready to transform.
🧩 Neurodivergence, AuDHD & Late Discovery
I have a growing focus on working with adults who identify—or suspect they might be—neurodivergent, especially those navigating life with traits of autism and ADHD (AuDHD). I approach this not as a pathology, but as a rich, complex wiring of the mind that deserves understanding, not correction. Whether you’ve just discovered this part of yourself or have lived with it for years, I bring deep curiosity, non-pathologizing insight, and an appreciation for the way neurodivergent brains feel, think, and process the world. No masks required.
This kind of deep work is possible only through long-term, collaborative and open work. If this resonates, let’s meet.
