I work with men who have an analytical mindset, helping them understand their emotions, regulate their relationships, and explore their own answers to existential questions.
I was born in Moscow, USSR, lived in Jerusalem, traveled extensively, and for the past decade have been based in Berlin with my partner and our son. I studied programing ,journalism in London and philosophy in Jerusalem, before ultimately finding my path in psychotherapy.
Coming from a complicated background ,and addictions , I was searching for ways back to the world . From meditations ,to psychedelics ,through psychotherapy and body practises. Some questions were easier ,with others, i am still struggling. Rewriting you own fate ,and knowing yourself, are not easy tasks .It often takes blood, sweat, and tears. But It makes life worth living.
For me, therapy is an art form—a meeting place for light and shadow, for our longing for love and connection, for heartache, and for the fierce power of our rage. Psychotherapeutic encounters should seduce us: gently drawing us toward change, inviting fuller lives, encouraging more honest self-expression, and deepening our connection to ourselves and to others.
My work is an integration of three main psychotherapeutic modalities: Clinical psychology, Body psychotherapy and Relational psychotherapy.
My base is traditional verbal psychotherapy. The structures of human ego, patterns and ways to work with it. Body psychotherapy allows to read between the lines of our narratives. The body language, breath and movements. Relational psychotherapy is about our main wound …. relationships .And how can we connect to others while being loyal and authentic to ourselves.
My style is direct, creative, and informative. I believe that understanding how our internal system functions is essential to changing it. In my work, I move between deep relational and existential exploration and concrete tools, protocols, and solutions. I lead with empathy, and I am also willing to challenge when it supports growth.
