I am a psychotherapist with a background that weaves together art, travel, and personal exploration. Born in Israel, alongside my studies in clinical psychology, I also studied fine art and tattooing. I am drawn to the ways creative expression can help people reclaim their bodies and tell their stories. For several years, I traveled, immersing myself in different cultures and perspectives, which broadened my understanding of human nature and healing. My own therapeutic journey has been a profound part of my life, giving me insight into what it means to sit on both sides of the therapy space—both as a patient and a practitioner.
In my work, I integrate psychotherapy with an awareness of the body-mind connection. I have practiced meditation and somatic techniques for years—not as a rigid belief system but as a way to cultivate presence and self-compassion. My own gender journey and rediscovery of my sexuality have shaped my approach, making me passionate about holding space for others as they explore identity, self-acceptance, and personal transformation. I am especially committed to women’s and gender empowerment and to helping people navigate the complexities of body image and self-nurturing, moving beyond self-judgment toward a more embodied, authentic way of being.
