I was born in Israel to a family with Polish-Romanian roots, a background that has always shaped my identity in meaningful ways. Creativity has been a central part of my life. Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years working as a tattoo artist, an experience that taught me so much about the connection between art, the body, and the mind. I was deeply moved by how tattoos could help people reclaim their bodies, tell their stories, and express their inner worlds.
My personal experiences as a survivor of abuse and someone who has struggled with body image and eating disorders deeply shape my compassionate approach to therapy. I carry a deep understanding of those dark times and draw on this empathy to support my patients.
In my early twenties, I discovered psychotherapy—a journey that has been both healing and transformative. Through this process, I reconnected with my body, embraced self-love, and cultivated healthier relationships with those around me. While life continues to bring challenges, the growth I’ve experienced is incomparable to where I began.
With gratitude and emotion, I feel privileged to witness the transformations of those I work with. It is an honor to share the tools and insights I’ve gained along the way.
